FC Stars has a Proven Pathway that helps players progress through the club to reach their full potential. According to FC Stars Executive Director Jason Dewhurst, "We at FC Stars are very proud of the Proven Pathway we have created. We believe it offers an optimal environment to develop ALL players in the FC Stars club."

Our Proven Pathway starts all the way at the age where players can first kick a ball and culminates when our players graduate high school. Looking to join us somewhere in between? No problem! Our club's competitive pathway provides players with the best chance to develop, learn, and enhance their skills at the appropriate competitive level. 

Our club philosophy includes placing players on teams that compete in either state, regional, national, and international environments. Players club-wide have gone on to play soccer across all collegiate levels, highlighting the dedication and care we place on all members of the club.
